Part-Time Leasing Consultant – Flexible Schedule

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic part-time Leasing Consultant to be the first point of contact for prospective and current residents at our Bexley Summerhill community in Atlanta. You will work 20 hours per week, with flexible shift options, and receive on-the-job training to succeed in property leasing.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage visitors, guiding them through the leasing process.
• Show available units, answer questions, and provide accurate information about community amenities and policies.
• Process applications, collect required documentation, and maintain resident records.
• Assist current residents with service requests and lease renewals.
• Maintain the appearance of the leasing office and common areas.
• Collaborate with the property management team to achieve leasing targets.
