Part-Time Lead Sales Associate

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a Part‑Time Lead Sales Associate to join our Ontario, CA store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will model and coach a best‑in‑class customer experience across sales, merchandising, and store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales and meeting performance goals.
• Coach and train team members on LS&CO selling practices and visual merchandising standards.
• Support store leadership in maximizing sales opportunities and operational excellence.
• Maintain product flow to the sales floor, handle inventory, and ensure visual standards are met.
• Uphold all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders regularly.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales targets.
• Adheres to company policies and follows direction from store management.
