Part-Time Key Holder – Retail Sales Associate

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Key Holder to join its Grove City store. In this role you will support the Store Manager and team in delivering an exceptional shopping experience while handling daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store, ensuring security and compliance with policies.
• Assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and provide personalized service.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor stocked.
• Support sales goals by promoting products and upselling where appropriate.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately.
• Perform light store maintenance tasks such as lifting, moving, and arranging merchandise.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Commitment to follow store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
