Part-Time Hotel Team Member (Cross‑Trained)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and flexible part‑time team member to join the Hampton Inn Waterbury. The role is cross‑trained across several hotel functions to support daily operations and deliver an excellent guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Room Attendant – clean and maintain guest rooms, make beds, replenish supplies, and report maintenance issues.
• Breakfast Attendant – set up, maintain, and replenish the breakfast area while ensuring cleanliness and food safety.
• Public Space Attendant – keep lobbies, restrooms, hallways and back‑of‑house areas clean and welcoming.
• Provide friendly, courteous service to guests and respond promptly to their needs.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and company policies.
• Assist other departments as business demands require.

Required profile

• Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 40 lb for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
