Part-Time Front Desk Agent (PM/AM Rotating)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Front Desk Agent to join our team at On The River Inn. The role primarily covers evening shifts (3 PM – 11 PM) with occasional morning coverage (7 AM – 3 PM). You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Check guests in and out, handling billing and payment accurately.
• Record guest information and manage special requests.
• Respond promptly to guest emails.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Answer and assist with incoming phone calls.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Punctual and able to stand or move throughout most of the shift.
• Friendly, guest‑focused attitude and a team‑player mindset.
• Flexibility to work additional hours during high‑occupancy periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using email and property management systems.
• Ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
