Part-Time Clinical/Lab Assistant – Radiologic Technology Program

About the role

Lanier Technical College is seeking a part‑time Administrative Assistant to support the Radiologic Technology (RT) program at its Hall Campus. This hourly, non‑benefit‑eligible position provides essential clerical and office support to the RT Program Director and faculty.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative assistance to the RT Program Director and faculty.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person, delivering accurate information.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with staff across Lanier Technical College campuses.
• Assist with special RT events such as the Pinning Ceremony.
• Manage and organize both paper and electronic student files and departmental records.
• Support affiliation agreements and contract revisions for clinical partners.
• Prepare documents, minutes, reports, and statistical data as requested.
• Compile competitive admissions criteria for the RT program each year.
• Identify, receive, organize, and track inventory of office and clinical supplies.
• Perform general clerical duties including filing, shredding, photocopying, and correspondence creation.
