Part-Time Clinical RN Manager

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a part‑time Clinical Nurse Manager to lead and support field staff in Philadelphia. The role combines office leadership days with flexible field visits to adult clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate field staff to provide exceptional care
• Visit adult clients throughout Philadelphia and conduct clinical assessments
• Develop individualized care plans and oversee their execution
• Supervise Home Health Aides and CNA staff in the field
• Facilitate new‑hire orientation and provide training, education, and in‑services for field employees
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to the team

Required profile

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2+ years of RN experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting a field‑based team
