Part-time Bagger

About the role

The Bagger provides high‑level customer service by efficiently packing shoppers’ purchases and supporting store operations. This part‑time position works the afternoon shift in a busy supermarket environment, ensuring a safe and pleasant experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Place items purchased by customers into bags and assist with loading them into shopping carts.
• Escort customers to their vehicles with the cart of groceries when requested.
• Retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot and line them up appropriately.
• Return discarded or misplaced items to their proper shelves or displays.
• Greet customers with a smile, provide courteous service, and assist cashiers with price checks.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area free from safety hazards.
• Support overall store cleanliness and promptly report any safety issues.
• Participate in store or department meetings as required.

• Ability to follow department and company policies and procedures.
