Parking Attendant – Full‑time & Part‑time (Hartford, CT)

About the role

Propark Mobility is seeking courteous and reliable Parking Attendants to join our Hartford location. The role involves guiding patrons, handling tickets, and ensuring smooth operation of the parking facility on a variety of shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Direct customers to available parking spaces and answer their questions.
• Issue and process parking tickets, including handling lost or exception tickets according to policy.
• Complete daily paperwork documenting transactions, vehicle counts, and validated tickets.
• Maintain a professional appearance, use the company greeting, and thank customers upon exit.
• Perform minor cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned by local management.
• Assist with special projects or tasks delegated by location management.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Availability for morning, evening, overnight, and on‑call shifts.
