Parent Facilitator – Community Education

About the role

The Parent Facilitator joins Be Strong International’s Parent Club to deliver evidence‑based family strengthening programs. Working on‑site in Palmetto Bay, you will educate, mentor and advocate for parents, helping them acquire practical life and relationship skills.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate high‑quality parent education workshops using approved curriculum, maintaining participant satisfaction of 90%+ and meeting attendance targets.
• Recruit and retain participants through community outreach, partnerships and referrals, achieving enrollment and retention goals set by the Program Manager.
• Maintain accurate participant records, assessments and sign‑in sheets, ensuring 100% compliance with funder and agency reporting requirements.
• Build and sustain relationships with schools, community organizations and referral partners to increase program awareness and impact.
• Coordinate workshop logistics, support services (childcare, meals, transportation), field trips and completion ceremonies, ensuring smooth delivery and adherence to agency standards.
