Palantir Foundry Platform Ops Engineer (Admin)

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Palantir Foundry Platform Ops Engineer (Admin) to provide technical guidance, lead proof‑of‑concept initiatives and support opportunity identification across the United States. The role is fully remote, allowing candidates to work from any location within the US.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor Foundry platform health, data freshness and ontology integrity.
• Perform L1/L2 incident triage, addressing dataset failures, transform errors and workflow breakdowns.
• Manage pipeline orchestration, job scheduling and retry workflows using Foundry‑native mechanisms.
• Support RBAC, access provisioning and data‑governance enforcement aligned with the Foundry security model.
• Maintain operational hygiene, including dataset lifecycle management and ontology alignment.
• Develop runbooks, conduct root‑cause analysis documentation and collect audit‑ready evidence.

Required profile

• U.S. person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee or asylee).
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in information technology.
• Proven experience working with Palantir Foundry and Foundry Ontology.
