Painter – Residential Property

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Painter to join the Kapilina Beach Homes team. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality interior and exterior paint work across a large garden‑style community, ensuring apartments are move‑in ready and supporting the maintenance crew as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Paint interiors and exteriors of apartments according to company standards.
• Prepare units for new residents, addressing any paint‑related repairs promptly.
• Respond to work‑order requests from supervisors, staff, and residents.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas after each job.
• Monitor and restock painting supplies; order additional materials within budget.
• Assist with vendor scheduling, bid collection, and contractor oversight.
• Accurately prepare and submit invoices for completed work.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in residential or commercial painting.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work on a regular schedule with occasional on‑call duties.
• Strong attention to detail and professional communication with residents.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard painting tools and equipment.
