Paid Search Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and data‑driven Paid Search Assistant to join the Dermstore Paid Media team in New York. You will work on high‑impact Google Search and Shopping campaigns for one of the world’s leading beauty retailers, supporting growth across multiple paid channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the creation, management and optimisation of paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, with a primary focus on Google Search and Shopping.
• Build, manage and optimise complex campaign structures handling large budgets while ensuring accuracy.
• Monitor daily performance, identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve ROAS.
• Conduct keyword research, search‑query analysis and negative‑keyword mining.
• Support additional channels such as YouTube and programmatic display as experience grows.
