Packer Operator – 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

About the role

Join Land O'Lakes' Purina Animal Nutrition manufacturing team as a Packer Operator on the 2nd shift. You will operate equipment, package finished products, and help turn raw materials into high‑quality animal nutrition items for customers across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe work environment.
• Arrive on time, meet production deadlines, and adapt quickly to changes.
• Multi‑task to keep up with fast‑paced production demands.
• Maintain quality standards and adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of work experience in any industry; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English instructions.
• Willingness to learn, problem‑solve, and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
