Packaging and Labeling Associate

About the role

As a Packaging and Labeling Associate at SriSai Biopharmaceutical Solutions, you will ensure that pharmaceutical products are packaged and labeled accurately, complying with cGMP regulations and company SOPs. You will work in a fast‑paced, regulated environment alongside Production, QA, and Warehouse teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform packaging and labeling activities following SOPs, batch records, and cGMP requirements.
• Execute aliquoting using pipettes, balances, and aseptic techniques.
• Verify labels, components, and materials before use and assemble packaging components.
• Operate labeling, sealing, and shrink‑wrap equipment safely.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and compliance.
• Complete packaging records, label reconciliation forms, and maintain Good Documentation Practices.
• Report deviations or labeling errors promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized GMP‑compliant work area and follow gowning, hygiene, and safety procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in packaging/labeling, preferably in pharma or biotech.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Required skills

• Pipetting and weighing with balances.
• Aseptic technique.
• Operation of labelers, sealers, and shrink‑wrap machines.
• Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Basic computer skills.
