PACE Trainer – Clinical & Corporate Training

About the role

AltaMed is seeking a PACE Trainer to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for clinical, non‑clinical, and corporate staff across its PACE locations. The role focuses on creating standardized, cost‑effective learning solutions that support high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Create, design, develop, and facilitate training programs for all PACE staff.
• Collaborate with department leaders and subject‑matter experts to produce standardized training materials.
• Apply creative and adaptive teaching techniques to meet diverse learning needs.
• Train staff on new workflows, processes, systems, and key initiatives.
• Develop efficient protocols that enhance patient care quality in PACE settings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare field or equivalent experience (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on training experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Experience developing training programs, procedures, and routines.
• Background in soft/hard skills training and interdisciplinary team environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Learning Management System (LMS) development and module creation.
