Owner's Representative / Construction Manager – Commercial Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Owner’s Representative / Construction Manager to lead large‑scale commercial construction projects. The role serves as the owner’s advocate, overseeing design and construction teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction execution on behalf of owners and clients.
• Oversee general contractors, architects, engineers, and specialty consultants.
• Ensure project scope, schedule, budget, and quality align with owner expectations.
• Coordinate design and construction teams throughout all project phases.
• Monitor risk, change management, and project controls.
• Provide clear communication and reporting to ownership and stakeholders.
• Support hybrid/remote working while maintaining strong site engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of project or construction management experience, preferably with top ENR‑ranked general contractors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing ground‑up commercial construction projects.
• Experience with data center, mission‑critical, or MEP‑heavy projects is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
