Owner's Representative / Construction Manager – Commercial Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Owner’s Representative / Construction Manager to lead large‑scale commercial construction projects. The role serves as the owner’s advocate, overseeing contractors, consultants and design teams to deliver projects on schedule, within budget and to the highest technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction execution on behalf of owners and clients.
• Oversee general contractors, architects, engineers and specialty consultants.
• Ensure scope, schedule, budget and quality align with owner expectations.
• Coordinate design and construction teams throughout all project phases.
• Monitor risk, change management and project controls.
• Provide clear communication and reporting to ownership and stakeholders.
• Maintain strong site engagement while supporting a hybrid/remote work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of project or construction management experience, preferably with top ENR‑ranked general contractors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven track record delivering ground‑up commercial construction projects.
• Experience with data‑center, mission‑critical or MEP‑intensive projects is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
