Overnight Shift Leader

About the role

As an Overnight Shift Leader you will support the Assistant and General Manager by independently running overnight shifts and embodying the Live Más spirit. You will own the shift, proactively solve problems and guide your team to deliver excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations during the overnight shift while maintaining Taco Bell standards.
• Address challenges proactively and seek assistance when needed.
• Mentor and lead team members to provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Required profile

• Availability to work closing shifts that end between 3:00 am and 5:00 am.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to guide and support team members during busy periods.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards.
• Experience handling cash registers and point‑of‑sale systems.
