Overnight Concierge (Night Shift)

About the role

The Overnight Concierge provides front‑desk support and resident services during the 7 pm – 3 am shift at Greystar’s Sanctuary community in Utah. This role ensures a welcoming environment for prospects, residents, and guests while handling inquiries, package deliveries, and after‑hours logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, maintain a comfortable waiting area, and answer phone calls, routing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage the guest suite schedule, ensuring payments are recorded and suites are clean and ready for arrival.
• Coordinate loading dock and elevator usage for move‑ins and move‑outs, and keep clubhouse amenities in tour‑ready condition each morning.
• Document all package deliveries, notify residents within 24 hours, and maintain logs for equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning, and other community services.
• Assist the community team with planning and organizing resident activities, and maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery services.

Required profile

• Availability to work the 7 pm – 3 am shift, including weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance).
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Basic phone system operation and call routing.
• Proficiency in using scheduling tools and maintaining accurate logs.
• Ability to manage multiple resident requests simultaneously.
