Ovens & Autoclave Operator – 3rd Shift

About the role

CTL Aerospace is seeking a reliable Ovens & Autoclave Operator for the 3rd shift at its northern Cincinnati facility. You will work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment supporting the production of composite aerospace components.

Key responsibilities

• Load ovens and autoclaves with parts and set up vacuum lines and thermocouple (TC) wires.
• Select appropriate cure cycles, run the cycles, and monitor cure parameters.
• Verify cure information, prioritize jobs, and record cycle data in the computer system.
• Deliver cured parts to downstream departments and maintain the 6S schedule.
• Work independently or as part of a team, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good time‑management and decision‑making abilities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (certification required).
