About the role

Icon Power is seeking motivated individuals to join its field team as Outside Solar Appointment Setters. You will engage homeowners door‑to‑door, spark interest in residential solar solutions, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales representatives. No closing required – your success is measured by the number of appointments you generate.

Key responsibilities

• Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods alongside a team.
• Explain the benefits of solar energy and answer basic homeowner questions.
• Identify interested prospects and secure appointment times for the sales team.
• Maintain a professional, positive representation of Icon Power at all times.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable transportation and ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Coachable, competitive, and ready to put in consistent effort.
