Outside Sales Representative

About the role

Renuity is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to drive home‑improvement sales across Jacksonville and surrounding areas. You will present our renovation solutions directly in customers’ homes, helping them transform their spaces while achieving ambitious earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver interactive sales presentations of Renuity’s products and services to homeowners.
• Set and pursue individual sales targets, tracking progress and reporting results.
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet client appointments.
• Promote company offerings and build lasting customer relationships.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.

Required skills

• In‑home or B2C sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in windows and doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, car sales, or HVAC sales is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
