Outside Sales Representative

About the role

Join Hibu as an Outside Sales Representative and sell a suite of digital marketing solutions to small‑business owners. You will work both from a home office and in the field, building relationships and helping clients grow their online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and cold‑call businesses within an assigned territory to set appointments.
• Conduct needs assessments and present digital marketing solutions, including websites, search ads, display ads, reputation management, social ads, and SEO.
• Develop and manage a book of business, delivering ongoing account support and earning residual commissions.
• Deliver virtual and in‑person presentations tailored to a variety of industries.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the company’s CRM.

Required profile

• Strong drive and perseverance for outbound sales.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business owners.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary of $54,000 with uncapped commission and monthly bonuses.
• First‑year on‑target earnings of $90,000‑$100,000, increasing in year two.
