Outside Sales Representative – Home Improvement

About the role

Renuity is transforming the home‑improvement market by offering fast, hassle‑free upgrades. As an Outside Sales Representative you will bring our products and services directly to homeowners, helping them create spaces they love.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver interactive sales presentations at customers' homes.
• Set and track individual sales targets, reporting results regularly.
• Promote Renuity’s portfolio of windows, doors, baths, kitchens, roofing and other home‑improvement solutions.
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Exceptional customer‑service attitude.
• Willingness to work evening and weekend appointments.
• Personal vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Criminal background check required.
