Outside Sales Representative - Bilingual

About the role

Renuity is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative who is fluent in English and Spanish to join our fast‑growing home‑improvement team. You will work directly with homeowners, presenting our renovation solutions and helping them transform their spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver interactive sales presentations at customers' homes.
• Set and achieve individual sales targets and track performance.
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.
• Promote Renuity’s products and services across multiple brands.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Exceptional customer‑service attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Ability to work evening and weekend appointments.
• Criminal background check clearance.

Required skills

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
• Additional French or Creole language skills (optional).
