Outreach Specialist

About the role

As an Outreach Specialist at LumiMeds, you will be responsible for identifying and vetting pharmacy partners that power our patient care. You will work remotely, collaborating with a fast‑growing telehealth startup focused on weight management and metabolic health.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and map high‑potential compounding pharmacies (503A and 503B facilities).
• Conduct high‑volume outreach via phone and email to pharmacy owners and pharmacists‑in‑charge.
• Vet potential partners against strict criteria such as licensing status, GLP‑1 fulfillment capacity, state reciprocity, and turnaround times.
• Maintain detailed records in the CRM, tracking each lead from initial contact through handoff.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the internal partnerships team to close deals.

Required profile

• Comfortable communicating with gatekeepers and medical professionals.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to meet daily outreach metrics.
• Detail‑oriented with strong note‑taking and qualifying abilities.
• 4+ years experience in B2B SDR/BDR, healthcare recruiting, or medical sales.
• Familiarity with US business culture and communication styles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Experience using Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of VoIP communication tools.
