Outpatient Speech Pathologist (NE) – Full Time

About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Speech‑Language Pathologist to join its Florida team. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders for patients of all ages.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and apply therapeutic techniques for functional communication and swallowing impairments.
• Develop, interpret, and supervise patient treatment plans in accordance with physician referrals.
• Prepare progress reports, update plans of care, and communicate findings to physicians.
• Conduct voice evaluations, bedside swallow assessments, and demonstrate competency with MBS‑Rate for adults and pediatrics.

Required profile

• Master’s, Doctorate or SLP‑D degree from an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program.
• Current Florida Speech‑Language Pathology license (or eligibility).
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP).
• Externship experience; outpatient experience preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system.
• Experience with MBS‑Rate assessments for adults and pediatrics.
• Knowledge of neuro‑rehabilitation protocols.
