About the role

We are seeking a passionate Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our thriving practice in Dillon, Colorado. You will work within Howard Head Sports Medicine, part of Vail Health, delivering comprehensive rehabilitation to athletes and active individuals across the recovery continuum.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation services to a diverse patient population.
• Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons and sports‑medicine physicians before and after surgical procedures.
• Support patients transitioning through our Ambulatory Surgery Center with evidence‑based post‑operative care.
• Deliver patient education, develop individualized treatment plans, and track functional outcomes.
• Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Required profile

• Licensed Physical Therapist with a strong interest in orthopedics and sports medicine.
