About the role
Rocky Mountain Senior Care, the largest post-acute care practice in Colorado, is hiring a full-time or part-time outpatient Nurse Practitioner in Denver. The practice covers more than 700 assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care and group home facilities from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins, with a philosophy that lets you choose your work/lifestyle balance.
What we offer
- Salary of $120,000-$134,000, with an uncapped RVU income structure and earnings potential well above the stated amount.
- Call pay of $150 on weekdays, $250 on weekends and $275 on holidays, with flexible scheduling every other month.
- Starting PTO of 17 days plus 8 paid holidays.
- An operational and incentive model designed for entrepreneurial clinicians who value efficiency and quality.
Required profile
- Full-time or part-time outpatient Nurse Practitioner.
- Geriatric or senior care experience preferred.
