About the role
Rocky Mountain Senior Care, the largest post-acute care practice in Colorado, is hiring a full-time or part-time outpatient Nurse Practitioner in Denver. The practice covers more than 700 assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care and group home facilities from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins, with a wide spectrum of patient pathologies. The operational and incentive model rewards entrepreneurial clinicians who value efficiency and quality.
Required profile
- Nurse Practitioner certification
- Geriatric or senior care experience preferred
What we offer
- Salary of $120,000-$134,000, with an uncapped RVU-based income structure and earnings potential well above the stated amount
- Call schedule every other month, with the option to trade calls, take calls or take others' calls: weekdays $150, weekends $250, holidays $275
- A work/lifestyle balance where you determine your own schedule
