Outlet Supervisor – Retail Management

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to join the Alpine, CA store team. You will work closely with store leadership to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and create a welcoming environment for customers and teammates.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach and mentor associate team members, providing guidance and feedback.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, merchandising, and visual standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive store culture.
• Ensure compliance with Levi’s policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach store associates.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales goals.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
