Outbound Warehouse Associate

About the role

We are seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented Outbound Warehouse Associate to prepare daily deliveries for success. You will pull, stage, verify, and ready products for scheduled routes while keeping the warehouse safe and organized.

Key responsibilities

• Pull and stage products for scheduled delivery routes.
• Verify labels, scan items, and ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare items for loading, including wrapping and protecting products when needed.
• Support White Glove and specialty deliveries by confirming all parts and accessories are included.
• Assist with unloading inbound shipments when required.
• Report damaged or incorrect items immediately.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Help maintain warehouse inventory and supplies.

Required profile

• Ability to lift and move furniture and other heavy items safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Warehouse, logistics, or delivery experience preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
