Outbound Sales Representative – Moving & Transportation

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to generate revenue for a U.S.-based moving and transportation company. The role is fully remote and focuses on outbound calling, warm follow‑ups and consultative closing to turn leads into booked jobs.

Key responsibilities

• Sell moving and transportation services to residential and commercial clients via outbound and inbound calls.
• Cold‑call, qualify, nurture and close leads while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to match customer needs with appropriate service solutions.
• Provide accurate quotes and guide customers from the first contact through to a booked job and post‑move follow‑up.
• Maintain a clean, up‑to‑date CRM system (SmartMoving, Movegistics, MoverBase, etc.) and manage the full lead lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven closing ability with a hunter mentality and resilience to rejection.
• Highly motivated, self‑driven and able to stay productive without supervision.
• Competitive, target‑oriented and comfortable working with a scoreboard.
• Coachable and able to incorporate feedback quickly.
• Organized under pressure, capable of handling a full pipeline and operational details.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM platforms such as SmartMoving, Movegistics or MoverBase.
• Strong outbound tele‑sales and cold‑calling techniques.
• Effective objection handling and consultative selling.
