Outbound Lead

About the role

Enovis is seeking an Outbound Lead to join its Fort Worth warehouse team. The role supports the distribution of bracing and support products by overseeing inbound and outbound material flow, ensuring accuracy and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Maintain records of received goods and handle rejected or damaged items.
• Operate forklifts, hand trucks, hoists, and conveyors to move materials to appropriate locations.
• Prepare, label, and stage items for outbound shipment, posting weights and shipping charges.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to promote a safety‑first culture.
• Lead improvement projects and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to re‑engineer processes.

• Ability to work with limited supervision in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical capability to lift and move heavy items.
