Outbound Lead – 2nd Shift

About the role

Enovis is seeking an Outbound Lead for the 2nd shift at its Fort Worth distribution center. The role supports the Bracing and Supports business unit by overseeing outbound shipping activities, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and maintaining a safe warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Unload, inspect and verify incoming goods against purchase orders or invoices.
• Operate forklifts, hand trucks, hoists and conveyors to move materials to appropriate storage locations.
• Prepare, package and label items for outbound shipment, posting weights and shipping charges.
• Maintain accurate records of received and shipped merchandise.
• Promote and enforce safety practices throughout the warehouse.
• Lead small improvement projects and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to re‑engineer processes.

Required profile

• Ability to work with limited supervision on a 2nd‑shift schedule.
• Physical capability to lift and move heavy items.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
