OTC Trader – Digital Asset Trading

About the role

As an OTC Trader on the Trading Solutions team, you will help grow Anchorage Digital's trading business by executing client hedging flows and delivering best‑in‑class service. You will work closely with clients and market participants while ensuring risk stays within the firm’s appetite.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate OTC trades to meet client hedging needs and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor and manage risk exposures, adhering to the company’s risk limits.
• Identify and capture profitable price gaps in the crypto market microstructure.
• Provide feedback on trading tools and technology to prioritize product enhancements.
• Continuously optimize trade execution to improve desk revenue.
