Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project timelines, proactively addressing resource gaps to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and clients, coordinating regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support teams in adhering to SDLC processes and aligning deliverables with client specifications.
• Monitor quality benchmarks across all project phases and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Assist in creating project budgets, estimating effort for scope changes, and obtaining client approvals.

Required profile

• Strong background in OSS/BSS project management within the telecom domain.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools.
• Ability to manage risks, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and balance project economics with strategic priorities.
