Order Processing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Order Processing Specialist to join our fast‑growing SaaS company. In this high‑volume, fast‑paced position you will manage straightforward client transactions such as course orders, renewals and simple service requests, enabling Account Managers to focus on complex client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Process a high volume of client orders accurately and on time, including course purchases, flat‑rate renewals and service changes.
• Own a case queue in Salesforce: triage incoming requests, work them to resolution and keep the queue current.
• Partner with Account Managers as day‑to‑day operational support, handling routine transactions.
• Provide prompt, professional customer service and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate order and account data in Salesforce, identifying discrepancies before billing.
• Coordinate with Finance to support billing accuracy, invoice generation and clean revenue data.
• Identify and raise process inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Provide coverage for the team as priorities shift.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in order processing, sales operations, customer support or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or subscription business.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, including case‑ or queue‑based workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
