Order Entry Specialist – Full-time

About the role

Omega Moulding is looking for an Order Entry Specialist to join its Bellport, NY office. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on processing customer orders, maintaining accurate data in the order management system, and ensuring timely fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately into the order management system.
• Track orders in real time and update status as needed.
• Assist with general office duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork.
• Communicate with customers to answer inquiries and resolve order‑related issues.
• Support the sales and fulfillment teams to meet delivery deadlines.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in order entry, order processing, or order management systems.
• Experience in the framing or manufacturing industry is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
