Oracle R12 Business Systems Analyst – Finance

About the role

Enovis is seeking a senior Business Systems Analyst to support its Oracle E‑Business Suite (R12) finance environment. The role bridges Finance/FP&A stakeholders and IT, ensuring the Oracle Financials platform delivers reliable, efficient solutions that enhance patient‑focused outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Oracle R12 support analyst for finance modules including GL, SLA, AP, AR, AGIS, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Asset Tracking.
• Support boundary systems that interface with Oracle applications across financial and procurement processes.
• Manage requirements gathering, functional design, and technical design for system enhancements.
• Create functional specifications, lead comprehensive system testing, and re‑engineer processes to improve efficiency.
• Provide strategic and technical guidance, translating architecture and design principles into actionable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and the Global Finance organization to prioritize transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a Business Systems Analyst working with Oracle E‑Business Suite (R12) finance modules.
• Proven ability to analyze complex, enterprise‑wide business problems and propose cost‑effective solutions.
• Strong consulting skills with a focus on finance and FP&A stakeholders.
• Experience in functional specification development, system testing, and process re‑engineering.
