Oracle PMO - Senior Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking an Oracle PMO Senior Manager to lead large‑scale Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementation projects within its Finance Technology practice. You will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to deliver high‑quality Oracle solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementation projects and coordinate cross‑functional resources.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, communications, and relationship building with key technology leaders.
• Oversee program management activities, including status reporting, capacity building, and scope management.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor team members to build high‑performing, inclusive teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Oracle implementation and project management.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex programs and influence senior stakeholders.
