Oracle PMO Manager – Large‑Scale Implementation Lead

About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced Oracle PMO Manager to lead large‑scale Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementation projects within its Finance Technology practice. You will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define objectives, develop detailed plans, allocate resources, and ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end‑to‑end Oracle Cloud/Fusion implementation projects aligned with client goals.
• Coordinate multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress against milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks, maintaining project integrity and quality.
• Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define clear objectives.
• Utilize Oracle Agile PLM and Oracle BPM to enhance project outcomes.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, driving continuous process improvement.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management to team members.
• Maintain transparent stakeholder communication and ensure adherence to professional standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Oracle implementation or project management.
• Proven leadership ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
