Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager

About the role

Next Generation, Inc., an HR Path Company, is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP initiatives for clients. The role will manage all phases of ERP implementation and serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, ensuring projects are on time, within scope, and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects from initiation through deployment and support.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocations, budgets, and deliverables.
• Facilitate client discovery sessions, gather requirements, and coordinate activities across stakeholders, system integrators, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor scope, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies; conduct status meetings and provide updates to executive leadership.
• Oversee solution design, configuration, testing (SIT, UAT), training, deployment, and post‑production support.
• Drive change management, user adoption, and organizational governance processes.
• Manage third‑party vendor relationships and track project financials, budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience leading enterprise software or ERP implementations.
• 3+ years managing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP projects, with strong knowledge of Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects modules.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies; PMP certification preferred.
