Oracle EBS R12 Manufacturing Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Techno-Functional Consultant to lead an Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 upgrade for manufacturing modules across a multi‑site environment. The role involves end‑to‑end upgrade activities, from requirement gathering to post‑go‑live hypercare, while ensuring seamless cross‑module integration.

Key responsibilities

• Perform full‑cycle upgrade from Oracle EBS R12.2.6 to 12.2.14, including design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Analyze business processes and configure manufacturing components such as Inventory, BOM, WIP, MSCA, Costing and Depot Repair.
• Map legacy data, document lessons learned and share domain knowledge with the team.
• Provide user training on modified forms, prepare documentation, drive UAT and support cutover/go‑live activities.
• Deliver hypercare support and ensure smooth cross‑module integration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or 3 years progressive experience in lieu of each year of education).
• Minimum 4 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years focused on Oracle EBS R12 manufacturing modules.
• Experience delivering at least one Oracle EBS 12.2.xx upgrade.
• U.S. person status as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15.
