Oracle CX Implementation Consultant (Utilities) – Director

About the role

PwC is seeking a Director‑level Oracle CX Implementation Consultant to lead the delivery of Oracle’s customer‑experience suite for utility clients. You will guide end‑to‑end implementations, from lead management through revenue realisation, ensuring solutions align with client strategy and industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and deploy Oracle CX applications—including Lead Management, Sales Automation, Marketing Automation and Customer Experience—for utility organisations.
• Set strategic direction for the Oracle Lead Revenue team, driving business development and new market‑differentiated solutions.
• Lead multiple implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining executive‑level client relationships.
• Develop proposals, oversee solution architecture, and ensure successful delivery of Oracle Utilities Metering and related modules.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering a culture of quality, integrity and inclusion.

Required profile

• Proven senior consulting experience with Oracle CX implementations, preferably in the utilities sector.
• Strong track record of leading large‑scale, multi‑project engagements and driving business growth.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
