Oracle Cloud Finance – Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Finance Technology – Oracle Core ERP practice. You will specialize in Oracle Cloud Finance, helping clients configure, implement, and optimize their financial management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and implement Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Expenses, Project Costing, Project Billing, Grants, FA, AHCS/FAH).
• Analyze client requirements and design tailored Oracle Finance solutions.
• Provide training and ongoing support to ensure seamless system integration.
• Maintain system performance, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Identify and drive finance process improvement opportunities.
• Monitor financial trends, develop models and forecasts, and deliver actionable insights.
• Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Guide project teams through finance technology initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Preferably a Master’s or MBA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related fields.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oracle Financials modules: GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Expenses, Project Costing, Project Billing, Grants (PPM), FA, AHCS/FAH.
• Experience using Oracle Hyperion Financial Management.
