Oracle Cloud Finance Manager

About the role

As an Oracle Cloud Finance Manager within PwC’s Oracle consulting practice, you will help clients transform their finance function by implementing Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM solutions. You will lead project teams, manage client relationships and mentor junior staff while delivering high‑quality finance transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation projects enabled by Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle EPM.
• Guide teams in applying Oracle Financials and Hyperion Financial Management to solve business challenges in finance, operations and governance.
• Analyse complex financial data, develop recommendations and support strategic decision‑making.
• Manage client service accounts, oversee workstreams and ensure project success.
• Coach and develop team members, leveraging their strengths and driving performance.
• Monitor financial trends and design scalable finance process improvements.
• Build consensus among stakeholders and communicate solutions clearly.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Background in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management Information Systems or related fields is preferred.

Required skills

• Implementation experience with Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, Expenses, CM, AR, Project Costing, Project Billing, Grants, FA, AHCS/FAH).
• Proficiency in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) for financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle EPM.
