About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking an OR Surgical Technician (TOSH) to join its Clinical Staff team in Little Rock. This full‑time, day‑shift position supports surgical procedures by ensuring a sterile and well‑organized operating environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, arrange, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment for operative cases.
• Assist the surgical team by providing sterile supplies and handling instruments during procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory of OR supplies and ensure compliance with infection‑control standards.

Required profile

• Must be authorized to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Current University of Arkansas System employee or eligible student applicant.
• Ability to work day‑shift hours in an on‑site clinical setting.
