Operator & Maintenance Trainer

About the role

The Operator & Maintenance Trainer will act as the technical liaison between Lenco Armored Vehicles, its customers and internal teams. You will ensure that law‑enforcement, military and rescue agencies receive comprehensive hands‑on training and ongoing support for the safe operation and upkeep of their armored vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and virtual training sessions covering vehicle orientation, maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customer support, warranty claims and maintenance inquiries.
• Coordinate with engineering, production and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and process warranty claims.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding delivery schedules and project updates.
• Record all customer interactions, service histories and training activities in the company ERP system.
• Provide feedback to engineering and production based on field reliability trends.
• Develop and update technical training materials, manuals and maintenance documentation.

Required profile

• Background in law‑enforcement, military or other public‑safety environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, hands‑on training.
• Familiarity with occupational hazards, safety regulations and technical documentation standards.
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach with a global customer base.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP software for managing service records.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
